Schedule - Drone & Aeromodelling

Students are encouraged to reach campus and settle down. This is the time when accommodation will be provided to students, bring adhar card copy and 500rs per person as per the accommodation list given below. Students are allowed to practice their aircraft/drone on the venue.

Event Commence - The teams are to be present at the ground by 7 am for a cross-check of the abstract and Wingspan/drone dimensions, along with thrust testing. Students will be allocated a unique id for use in participating in both events - (also submit your id and other documentation as mentioned above) 

Final Round for Drone and Aeromodelling, all teams are to be at the venue by 7 am. Students who fail to do so will be disqualified. Once the rounds are completed, Prize Distribution will commence at 3 pm in the auditorium
